Our clinic collects, protects, uses, discloses, allows access, corrects, amends and disposes of health information in accordance with the Health Information Act (HIA).
The health information that we are collecting is needed to:
Provide you with diagnostic, treatment and care services.
Provide for other authorized purposes(s) under Section 27 of the Health Information Act.
It is collected under the authority of section 20(b) of the Health Information Act, as it is directly related to and necessary to carry out an authorized purpose under Section 27.
The confidentiality of this health information and your privacy are protected by the provisions of the Health Information Act.

We are committed to providing you with the most accurate prescription possible. However, we recognize that eyes, like the rest of the body, are dynamic structures and prescriptions can change from time to time. We guarantee your prescriptions accuracy for 60 days after your initial visit. If you are not completely satisfied with your vision, we will be happy to recheck your prescription at no extra charge. Any rechecks or visits after the 60 days may be charged the usual and customary fees.
Glasses are unique to you. We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your frame purchase. Whether it's the style, fit, or budget that needs to change, you can rest assured that you have 30 days to make sure you got it right.
Due to the nature of your lenses, each lens is produced specifically for you. We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee for lenses returned within 30 days of purchase. Refer to our 30 days glasses/60 days prescription guarantee for additional information regarding changes to lenses.
Frames in undamaged and original condition are eligible for a complete (100%) refund within 30 days of purchase.
Your time is important to us. We make our best effort to stay on top of our appointments including making sure the optometrist is calling you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. In order to keep us on track, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before but no later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
Life happens, and sometimes we need to cancel or move our appointments. Just call, email, or message us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. Whether you are able to contact us 24 hours in advanced, or just 24 minutes - we are happy to help
We do our best to fill our appointments so we can care for others in a timely manner. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please give us a call so we can cancel your appointment for another patient. Not showing to your appointment can result in a suspension of service.
